I completed my psychotherapy training at the Metanoia Institute, qualifying as a Clinical Transactional Analyst Psychotherapist. As an integrative therapist, I draw on various modalities, believing each client deserves their own individualised therapy.
I have worked in various clinical and charity settings, providing individual and group therapy to survivors of abuse & trauma, oppressed & marginalised groups and individuals who have experienced severe anxiety and depression.
My work is grounded in a philosophy of inclusiveness and embraces all cultures and identities. I have a deep regard for ordinary human suffering and welcome all experiences you may bring into the therapy room.
I have experience working with a wide range of psychological and emotional issues. One of my particular interests lies in the dynamics of power within relationships. I apply an intersectional lens to my work, paying attention to the social and cultural impacts on our lived experience.
I have significant experience working with people affected by Autism & other neurodiverse conditions and run psycho educational and therapeutic groups for parents/carers of children with additional needs.
I tutor on a counselling & psychotherapy course in East London and am in supervision training.
I am an active, reflective practitioner, deeply committed to my own continuous personal and professional development, so I can provide effective ethical therapy.
