About Me

I completed my psychotherapy training at the Metanoia Institute, qualifying as a Clinical Transactional Analyst Psychotherapist. As an integrative therapist, I draw on various modalities, believing each client deserves their own individualised therapy.

I have worked in various clinical and charity settings, providing individual and group therapy to survivors of abuse & trauma, oppressed & marginalised groups and individuals who have experienced severe anxiety and depression.

My work is grounded in a philosophy of inclusiveness and embraces all cultures and identities. I have a deep regard for ordinary human suffering and welcome all experiences you may bring into the therapy room.

While I have experience working with a wide range of psychological and emotional issues, my particular interests lie in the dynamics of power in relationships, mostly within the context of abuse, trauma, belonging, culture and identity.

I have significant experience working with people affected by Autism & other neurodiverse conditions and run a therapy group for parents/carers of children with additional needs.

I am an active, reflective practitioner, deeply committed to my own continuous personal and professional development, so I can provide effective ethical therapy.
